Cristina Bansch Schott – Consultant, The Impact Team

Cristina Bansch Schott is an accomplished education leader with 30 years of experience in Denver Public Schools (DPS). She served as an Instructional Superintendent for six years, leading a 20-school network in Southwest Denver, and most recently directed DPS’s Alternative Principal Licensure Program.
Cristina’s leadership experience spans roles as an elementary principal, assistant principal, and instructional coach. Under her leadership, Knapp Elementary School was twice awarded the Colorado Centers of Excellence Award by the Colorado Department of Education for outstanding student growth and achievement.
Originally from Argentina, Cristina has dedicated her career to supporting bilingual education and biliteracy initiatives in diverse school communities. She brings extensive expertise in school leadership, instructional coaching, and principal development.
