Alona Hastings is a dedicated education leader with over 34 years of experience in teaching, coaching, and school leadership. She spent 15 years as a classroom teacher across grades 1–6 before transitioning into roles as a literacy specialist, instructional coach, and staff developer.

Alona has served as an assistant principal, principal, and instructional superintendent, bringing a deep commitment to instructional excellence and educator development. Throughout her career, she has actively contributed to school and district committees, continuously seeking to grow as both a learner and leader.
