Lisa Masias Ruiz is a committed education leader with over 30 years of experience in public education. She began her career as an early childhood teacher and has since served as a college instructor, elementary principal, English Language Acquisition Director, and instructional superintendent.
Lisa specializes in literacy, leadership development, and team capacity-building. She is passionate about education, equity, and the power of teams to dismantle inequitable systems.
Originally from Rocky Ford, Colorado, Lisa brings deep expertise in instructional leadership, educator development, and systemic change.
