Pam Kirk – Content Specialist, Math, The Impact Team

Pam Kirk is an experienced educator and school leader with over 20 years in Denver Public Schools (DPS), serving as a teacher, assistant principal, and principal at both the elementary and middle school levels. As a school leader, she specialized in professional development, instructional coaching, and curriculum planning, helping teachers implement data-driven instructional strategies.
Currently, Pam is a consultant with SchoolWorks, where she evaluates schools nationwide, analyzing instructional effectiveness and school performance. She holds a Master of Arts in Teaching and a Specialist in Education degree from the University of Colorado, Denver, and is a graduate of the National Principals Academy Fellowship at Relay Graduate School of Education.
