At The Impact Team, we believe in a responsibility and moral imperative to ensure our work results in measurable change in adult practices and student achievement. We work closely with district and school leaders to diagnose barriers and challenges and determine the most effective adaptive and technical actions for change. We also identify the metrics we will use to measure our impact on schools and leadership practices.
